Revision Timetable Generator Google Sheets, Automatic GCSE & A-Level Study Planner From Your Exam Dates, Exam Countdown & Progress Tracker

📚 Most revision plans fail in week one, not because you are lazy, but because planning six subjects around real life is a job in itself. Type your exams in once. This Google Sheet builds a day-by-day revision timetable from your start date to your last exam — giving the subjects you find hardest the most time, rotating them so nothing gets bunched, and dropping each one out the day its exam arrives. 📊 WHAT'S INSIDE (4 tabs) • Setup — start date, session length, how many sessions you can do each day, and your subjects with exam dates and a confidence score from 1 to 5 • Timetable — every day up to your last exam, filled in for you, with up to 4 colour-coded sessions a day, tick boxes, exam days flagged and today highlighted • Dashboard — next exam and days to go, sessions done, progress, today's sessions, this week, hours planned, a sessions-by-subject donut and planned-vs-done by week • Start Here — set up in five minutes ⚙️ HOW IT WORKS 1. Open your link and click "Make a copy" 2. Add your subjects, exam dates and how confident you feel about each one 3. Say how many sessions you can do on each day of the week 4. Your timetable fills itself in — change anything and it rebuilds instantly 5. Tick each session as you finish it and watch the dashboard move 🧠 HOW IT SHARES OUT YOUR TIME • A subject rated 1 (shaky) gets five times the sessions of one rated 5 (solid) • Subjects rotate through the week instead of one per day, so you keep switching and revisiting • When an exam has been sat, its slots go to the subjects still to come 🏷️ PERFECT FOR • GCSE and A-level students planning mocks or the summer exams • University finals, AP exams, professional exams — any exams with dates • Parents helping a teenager get a realistic plan on paper 💻 FORMAT & ACCESS • Made for Google Sheets — works on phone, tablet & desktop • Pure formulas: no add-ons, no scripts, no permissions to grant • Nothing to install, no software fees — just a free Google account • Delivered as a private "Make a Copy" link — one click and it's yours • Up to 15 subjects, up to 4 sessions a day, up to 26 weeks of plan ⚡ INSTANT ACCESS — Your template link is available immediately after purchase. No physical item will be shipped. 📌 A planning aid only — it schedules your time, it does not replace your teachers' advice or your exam board's timetable.
